Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan (AWKUM), established in 2009, is imparting Quality Education at doorstep. Presently, more than 10,000 students are enrolled in various academic programs of the universities in the country.
Under the leadership of its new Vice Chancellor (VC), AWKUM is making major transformational changes for student centered learning under the guiding principles of integrity, meritocracy and transparency. AWUKM is looking for dynamic leaders for realizing the new VC’s vision for the following three BPS-20 positions on prescribed applications. These leadership positions requires a wider range of professional backgrounds with new insights and experiences, in order to make AWKUM a Center of Excellence for teaching and research.
These leaders are required to motivate and develop their juniors who would lead the university in the long-run and are required to initiate actions and communicate policies and plans; motivate employees with economic and non-economic rewards to accomplish tasks; providing guidance by instructing the subordinates the way they have to perform their work effectively and efficiency; create confidence and allowing subordinates to express themselves; build morale and become a morale booster; help create an effective work environment; and co-ordinate through reconciling personal interests with organizational goals.
