eligible persons (Male & Female) for the following posts for recruitment
(on market-based salary) on contract basis under the development project
"Quality seed production and dissemination under agriculture transformation
plan".
Project Director Post: One (01)
Qualification/Experience/Age
16 Years' education in Business Administration Management/
Development Studies / Mechanical Engineering/ Agriculture Engineering / Public
policy Economics from Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institution.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years practical experience in Seed Industry &
allied operation in Agriculture Sector, including 5 years lead role in
completing / supervising the mega development projects in public and private
sector and having skill sets of intra and inter institutional coordination with
Government Department.
Age: Up to 60 years
Chief Marketing & Business 02 Development Officer, Post:
One (01)
Qualification:
16 Years' of education in Agriculture /Business
Administration / Management/ Development Studies from Higher Education
Commission (HEC) recognized University.
Experience:
Overall 12 years' experience in Agriculture operations
including 4 years in lead role in designing and implementation of Business
Development strategies and have hands-on experience of developing brand,
communication strategy, maintenance of website and digital marketing.
Age: Up to 60 years
Digital Transformation System Analyst Post: One (01)
Qualification:
16 Years of education in Computer Science / MIS / Software,
Engineering degree from Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized
institution. Experience:
Overall 10 years practical IT experience including 5 years
in ICT/ERP business Analysis.
Age: Upto 45 years
Assistant Technical 04 Officer
(Mechanical) Post: One (01)
Qualification:
Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical Trade.
Experience:
Overall 10 years' experience in fabrication, maintenance and
Installation/ erection preferably in grain processing industry.
Age: Upto 50 years
How to Apply
The applications on prescribed from (which can be downloaded
from (www.psc.agripunjab.gov.pk) addressed to the Director Administration,
Punjab Seed Corporation, Lahore clearly indicating the post applied for along
with curriculum (CV). Three passport size recent photographs and attested
copies of all the relevant documents CNIC/Certificates/degrees, must reach by
03.11.2023.
The candidates can also apply at www.jobs.punjab.gov.pk.
However, hard copy of applications form along with complete attested relevant
documents is mandatory to be submitted to this department.
Late and incomplete applications will not be considered and
only eligible candidates be called for test / interview. No TA/DA shall be
paid.
General Terms & Conditions.
Relaxation in upper age limit is not admissible.
The contract appointments are temporary in nature,
non-transferable, job/post specific non-pensionable and conferring no right for
regularization. The contract appointment will be initially for one year and
extendable upon satisfactory performance.
Candidates in government/semi-government services shall
apply through proper channel. Recruitments shall be made in accordance with the
Contract Appointment Policy-2004 amended upto date/relevant governing rules.
Any false claim / information will lead to cancellation of
candidature.

addition to the interview call letters, in case of any query/clarification the

website of PSC in addition to issuance of offer of appointment letters.
