SITUATION VACANT / DATA ENTRY OPERATORS JOBS 

Applications are invited from suitable Male / Female candidates having “Punjab domicile" for temporary appointment against the following posts in the Field Organization of Federal Government Department under Post Box No. 26, GPO, Lahore:-

Data Entry Operator (BPS-14) Viz Rs. 22530-1740-74730

Educational Qualification

(i)                  Bachelor's degree;

(ii)                One year Computer / IT Diploma;

(iii)               Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other Computer Applications;

(iv)               Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute;

(v)                Ability to multi-task effectively;

(vi)               Strong written and verbal communication skills;

(vii)             Comfortable independently working years with minimum supervision;

(viii)           Ability to transfer data from paper format into digital format;

(ix)               Ability to type Urdu language;

(x)                 Ability to use internet, e-mail;

(xi)               Ability to use Anti-virus to protect residual data.

Relaxation of upper age limit including 05 years general relaxation over and above the prescribed age limit shall also be admissible under the Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993.

The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel the process of recruitment of advertised post partially or totally without assigning any reason.

Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Punjab.

Applicants must mention "Date of Birth" and "District of Domicile" in the Application Form, otherwise incomplete application will not be considered and will be treated as rejected.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test / interview.

According to the Government instructions, the quota reserved for Women, Religion Minorities and Disabled Persons will be observed.
