In line with our strategy, the Bank is looking for talented, dedicated and experienced professional(s) for the following positions in the area of Information Technology based in Karachi.

The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following positions:

Senior NOC Support Officer (AVP/VP)

Wing Head

Command & Control Center

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC

Candidates having a Master's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or relevant certification(s) will be preferred

Minimum 06 years of experience in IT infrastructure, out of which 02 years' experience of managing data center and NOC operations in an enterprise environment

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills

• Proficient in MS Office suite (MS Outlook MS Excel MS Word / MS PowerPoint)

To monitor and manage 24/7 Data Center and NOC operations

• To monitor and configure the Network Management System (NMS)

To manage 24/7 shift operations, duties, resources, and work closely with data center management to coordinate data center schedules, plans, timelines, and resource assignments

• To supervise data center resources with responsibility for maintaining the availability of infrastructure and applications on daily basis

To keep senior management apprised of any system level issue(s) that may affect systems' availability

To plan and coordinate for installation of devices and dismantling in accordance with established policies and procedures

To ensure policies and standards are being followed along with improving operational processes and documentation

• To ensure assets tagging and data center inventory is up-to-date

• To supervise and maintain data center log sheet activity and inventory forms

• To supervise daily communication of ATM and non-ATM branches via head office and coordinate with vendors for restoration of links, in case of communication issues at branches

• To supervise network related issues of all critical devices / applications as well as production and disaster recovery (DR)

To coordinate with vendors for media issues and implementation

• To identify and proactively resolve common root causes of issues and address those to improve the overall quality of production stability

Project Manager - International IT Projects (OG-I / AVP)

Wing Head - International Project Management (PM)

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT

Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC

• Candidates having a Master's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and/or relevant certification(s) will be preferred

• Minimum 05 years of experience in project coordination or management within IT, specifically in handling international projects

Expertise to have an excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical audiences at various levels in the Bank

Ability to share relevant technical, industry knowledge, and expertise with team members

• Strong understanding of the requirements for project standards and documentation, including timelines, status / risk issue reporting and communication, exception reporting and project sign-off

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills

• Sound knowledge of different Project Management methodologies

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite (MS Outlook / MS Excel / MS Word / MS PowerPoint)

• Proficient in Microsoft Project or relevant Project Management software(s)

• To manage end-to-end project life cycle to meet business objectives and goals • To develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, relevant documentation, and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors and key stakeholders

• To develop work breakdown structures, project organization charts, communication plans, risk plans, quality plans, cost/ budget and resource plans and security assessment plan

• To ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, and budget while neet quality standards

• To manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues

• To manage project scope with relevant stakeholder and collaboratively adjust its scope where required

• To give clear, timely and appropriate communication of project progress, financials, and risks / issues to stakeholders and senior leaders

To adhere to agreed / approved project changes established management processes and coordinate with all stakeholders for successful implementation of projects

• To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Project Coordinator - International IT Projects (OG-II / OG-I)

Wing Head

International Project Management (PM)

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC

• Candidates having a Master's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or relevant certification(s) will be preferred

• Minimum 03 years of experience in project coordination or management within IT, specifically in handling international projects

Knowledge of Banking Application(s)

Expertise to have an excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical audiences at various levels in the Bank

Ability to share relevant technical, industry knowledge, and expertise with team members

• Strong understanding of the requirements for project standards and documentation, including timelines, status / risk / issue reporting and communication, exception reporting and project sign-off

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills

• To be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment where multi-tasking is a

norm

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite (MS Outlook / MS Excel / MS Word / MS PowerPoint)

Proficient in Microsoft Project or relevant Project Management software(s)

• To work under the direction of Project Manager to maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures related to Core Banking business as usual and software upgrade initiatives

• To organize, attend and participate in meetings with stakeholders related to project(s)
