MANAGER - PROJECT EXECUTION IN HRSI
A newly established clean energy
company seeks to appoint an experienced and seasoned Manager - Project
Execution to lead the company and work closely with leadership.
MANAGER - PROJECT EXECUTION
The position of Manager Project
Execution will report to Head of Project Management and will be responsible to
lead renewable energy projects from initiation to completion. In this role, you
will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all project
activities, ensuring that they are executed efficiently, safely, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, plan, and execute renewable
energy projects from beginning to end, including overseeing cross- functional
teams, adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
Manage project schedules,
resources, and budgets to meet or exceed project objectives.
Ensure projects are in compliance
with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Provide
regular project status updates and reports to senior management.
Managing turn-key renewables
projects including project team management, civil/electrical/mechanical work
management, planning, contract management, site management, project economy,
subcontractors, etc.
Establishing and maintaining
processes to manage the scope of the project throughout its life cycle, setting
quality and performance standards for the project.
Establishing and maintaining
partnerships with external resource partners, customers, and stakeholders as
the daily point of contact for project status and changes
Education
Minimum 16 years of education
preferably masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or
institution/equivalent foreign degree holder preferably in Business
Administration, Engineering or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 6-7 years of professional
experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at
least 2-5 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an
equivalent position or in one level below position.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing
renewable energy projects, ideally in wind or solar energy, battery storage
projects.
Project Management Professional
(PMP) certification is a plus.
Strong leadership and team
management skills.
Excellent communication and
interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management
software and tools.
In-depth knowledge of renewable
energy technologies, battery storage and the industry.
The candidate should be
preferably not more than 35 years of age as of last date of submission of
application.
