About PMRC:
PMRC is a specialized financial institution set up to promote housing finance in Pakistan. It supports Primary Mortgage Lenders (PMLs) by providing long-term funding and financial solutions, both conventional and Shariah-compliant. PMRC plays a pivotal role in enhancing the availability of affordable housing finance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to PMRC
• Ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency
• Represent PMRC at national and international forums
• Engage with stakeholders and regulatory bodies
• Drive innovation and growth in housing finance

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years of experience in banking and/or financial institutions
• At least 5 years in a senior management role
• Experience in business development, strategic planning, operations, financial markets, and risk management preferred
• Proven track record in strategic planning, financial sustainability, and stakeholder engagement

Educational Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field from an HEC-recognized university
• Preference for international qualifications and professional certifications
