VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT

The Mardan Medical Complex, MTI Mardan invites job applications from qualified candidates for merit-based appointment against the following vacant positions on contract basis:

Positions

HOSPITAL DIRECTOR
Requisite Qualification and Experience:

• Recognized Master’s Degree in Hospital Management OR Health Services Management OR Business Management OR Public Health OR Public Administration or any other relevant management qualification and experience.
• Seven (07) years of experience working on a senior management position in a major teaching hospital or organization/institution.
• Persons with medical degree will be considered, provided that he/she has an additional recognized degree in management or administrative experience as mentioned above and shall have no right to do private practice.

NURSING DIRECTOR
Requisite Qualification and Experience:

• An advanced degree in Nursing (BScN), preferably MSc in Nursing, and current Nursing Council Registration.
• MPH or any equivalent degree in Management will be an advantage.
• At least 07 years relevant administrative and teaching experience in a reputable health care facility.
• Valid Nursing Council Registration.

Note

Any attempt to approach or influence the Selection Committee will automatically disqualify the applicant. The decision of the Selection Committee will be final, subject to approval by the Board of Governors. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. After a final decision is made, no correspondence regarding the process will be entertained.

Terms & Conditions

i. The service of the incumbent will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and the MTI Regulations.
ii. In case of appointment, the candidate will become a full-time Institutional Employee and will have to submit accepted resignation from his/her existing employment with current employer, local or foreign, including Civil Service of any Government.
iii. Candidate will be disqualified/terminated if found committing any perjury in his/her documents/credentials at any stage.
iv. Candidates should be eligible in all respect by the last date of receipt of the application.
