Director Administration / Security
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 10 years relevant professional experience, with
at least 5 years in senior managerial/leadership role.
- Proven experience in administration, security
management and operations.
- Strong background in policy implementation, staff
supervision and discipline management.
- Preference for candidates with experience in
educational institutions, corporate sector, armed forces, or reputed
organizations.
- Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making
skills.
Required Qualification:
- Master’s Degree from HEC-recognized university in
Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Sciences, or
Security Management.
- Preference for candidates with certifications in
administration, HR, security management, or risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of administration, security, discipline and
operations.
- Development and implementation of policies, SOPs, and
compliance frameworks.
- Coordination with law enforcement and regulatory
authorities.
- Oversight of campus security, transport, facilities
management, and emergency response.
- Monitoring staff performance and project management.
Additional
Director Academic / HRM
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 10 years relevant professional experience, with
at least 5 years in senior leadership/managerial role.
- Proven experience in academic management, curriculum
planning, faculty development, HR operations, recruitment, performance
management, and policy implementation.
- Preference for candidates with experience in reputable
educational institutions, universities, or large organizations.
- Strong knowledge of academic regulations, HR policies,
labor laws, and governance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, planning and
decision-making skills.
Required Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in HRM, Education, Business Administration,
Educational Leadership, or Management Sciences.
- Preference for MPhil/PhD or certifications in HRM,
Educational Leadership, Training & Development, or Organizational
Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership in academic planning, quality
assurance, and faculty development.
- Oversee HR operations including recruitment, training,
performance evaluation, promotions, and discipline.
- Develop and implement academic and HR policies.
- Supervise curriculum development, teacher training, and
academic audits.
- Monitor staff performance and institutional standards.
- Lead organizational development initiatives.
Deputy
Director Finance
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 8 years relevant professional experience, with
at least 4 years in senior managerial/leadership role.
- Proven experience in financial management including
budgeting, costing, compliance, and reporting.
- Preference for candidates with experience in
educational institutions, corporate sector, or public sector.
- Strong command over ERP/accounting software, taxation
laws, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making
skills.
Required Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting from
HEC-recognized university.
- Preference for candidates with certifications: CA,
ACCA, CMA, ICMA, CIMA, CPA.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation
laws, audit standards, and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate accounting, reporting, budgeting, and
compliance with taxation laws.
- Develop and implement financial policies, SOPs, and
internal controls.
- Supervise financial operations, audits, and risk
management.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations for
decision-making.
General Instructions:
- Candidates must be citizens of Pakistan.
- Preference for retired Armed Forces personnel and those
with prior experience in reputable educational institutions.
- Age Limit: 45–55 years (as per KGES rules).
- Initial appointment on contract basis.
- Salary package commensurate with qualification and
experience.
- Selection according to organizational recruitment rules
& procedures.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for
test/interview.
- No TA/DA admissible.
- KGES reserves the right to reject applications without
