A well-reputed Construction & Engineering Company invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals to oversee and lead the execution of large-scale building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage overall project execution from planning to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety protocols, and timelines.
  • Supervise project teams, contractors, consultants, and site staff.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee preparation of progress reports and coordinate with clients and senior management.
  • Identify and resolve technical, operational, and contractual issues.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15+ years of proven experience in managing execution of major construction projects (commercial, industrial building).
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Must have hands-on experience with project planning, execution methodologies, QA/QC, HSE compliance, and contract management.

Location: Karachi
Age Limit: Maximum 45 to 50 Years
