Outline of Main Duties/ Responsibilities

To implement Domestic Systemic Important Banks (D-SIBS) requirements for the Bank as per regulatory guidelines

To prepare annual and periodic Internal Capital Adequacy & Assessment Process (ICAAP) and Stress Testing report

To develop and maintain annual Recovery Plan document in coordination with other stakeholders

To run regulatory stress test as per regulatory guidelines for both Commercial and Islamic banking portfolios

To predict / forecast risk under normal course of business / economy and under stressed conditions

To maintain / manage large data set from multiple facets to timely conduct required data analysis

To develop/update models for risk quantification for Pillar Il risks

To develop/update risk quantification process documents and related frameworks

To develop various scenarios to analyze the capital adequacy of the Bank over the period of time

To assist in developing and implementing advance approaches of Basel

To automate various risk models using programming language, such as, R, Matlab, or Python

To perform periodic review of Capital Adequacy Ratio for management

To research on methods to quantify Pillar Il risks as per market best practices

To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

MANAGER - PROJECT EXECUTION

The position of Manager Project Execution will report to Head of Project Management and will be responsible to lead renewable energy projects from initiation to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all project activities, ensuring that they are executed efficiently, safely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and execute renewable energy projects from beginning to end, including overseeing cross- functional teams, adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.

Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to meet or exceed project objectives.

Ensure projects are in compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management.

Managing turn-key renewables projects including project team management, civil/electrical/mechanical work management, planning, contract management, site management, project economy, subcontractors, etc.

Establishing and maintaining processes to manage the scope of the project throughout its life cycle, setting quality and performance standards for the project.

Establishing and maintaining partnerships with external resource partners, customers, and stakeholders as the daily point of contact for project status and changes

Education

Minimum 16 years of education preferably masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 6-7 years of professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-5 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing renewable energy projects, ideally in wind or solar energy, battery storage projects.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies, battery storage and the industry.

The candidate should be preferably not more than 35 years of age as of last date of submission of application.

Remuneration & Tenure

·       Contract period is initially for (02) two years (extendable for a minimum period of 03 years on satisfactory performance) with annual performance evaluation to be undertaken by the Broad of Director QESCO.
