Qualification:
- B.E. degree in Metallurgy / Material Sciences or any
equivalent degree
Experience:
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience
Job Description:
- Lead strategic execution and operational excellence
across steel manufacturing operations
- Translate the company’s vision and strategy into
actionable operational plans
- Oversee production, supply chain, safety, maintenance,
and ESG compliance functions
- Drive efficiency improvements, cost control, and
sustainable profitability
- Lead and oversee capital expenditure projects and
capacity expansion initiatives
- Ensure effective budgeting, resource allocation, and
financial discipline
- Align production capacity with market demand and
business objectives
- Implement continuous improvement and operational
excellence initiatives
- Foster a performance-driven, results-oriented
organizational culture
