Chief Operating Officer

Qualification:

  • B.E. degree in Metallurgy / Material Sciences or any equivalent degree

Experience:

  • Minimum 20 years of relevant experience

Job Description:

  • Lead strategic execution and operational excellence across steel manufacturing operations
  • Translate the company’s vision and strategy into actionable operational plans
  • Oversee production, supply chain, safety, maintenance, and ESG compliance functions
  • Drive efficiency improvements, cost control, and sustainable profitability
  • Lead and oversee capital expenditure projects and capacity expansion initiatives
  • Ensure effective budgeting, resource allocation, and financial discipline
  • Align production capacity with market demand and business objectives
  • Implement continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
  • Foster a performance-driven, results-oriented organizational culture
