Deputy Manager Education & Policy – Karachi (02 Positions)

Responsibilities:

  • Support design, review, and implementation of ICAP’s education framework.
  • Develop and format study materials.
  • Manage and update content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Prepare working papers, meeting minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Organize events, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Certified Business Accountant (CBA) or Master’s/Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management, Education, or related field (HEC-recognized).
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in education or policy development.
  • Strong analytical, research, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Graphic Designer Assistant Manager – Karachi

Responsibilities:

  • Design and format professional documents (study materials, reports, syllabi).
  • Create brochures, infographics, and digital content.
  • Develop multimedia and e-learning materials.
  • Prepare creative PowerPoint presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field (HEC-recognized).
  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and document formatting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere Pro).
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
