Qualification:
MS HRM / MBA HRM (16 years of education) or equivalent degree in HRM/HRD from
an HEC‑recognized university. Experience: At least 10 years’
experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in
Hospital/Health Care (500+ beds) Public Sector. Senior Leadership Experience:
Minimum 5 years in Senior Managerial Role (Director/Head/Manager). Job Expectations:
Manager HR shall be responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources
functions on day‑to‑day operational and ongoing strategic basis.
Specifically, the post holder will be responsible for
human resources planning, HR strategy development,
policy development and implementation, legislation compliance,
employee relations, medical manpower management, recruitment and selection,
training and development, superannuation administration,
occupational health and human resources administration. HR Manager must
ensure that HR department operates to highest standards and best practices. |

- Applications accompanied with complete bio‑data and
academic / experience / domicile certificates along
with 02 recent photographs and CNIC photocopy duly attested must be
submitted within 15 days of publication of this advertisement on the
prescribed application form.
- Applications duly completed with attested documents
should reach personally or through registered courier service on or before
the closing date. If documents reach after due date—even if payment is
made within due date—they will not be entertained.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for
interview. Shortlisting will be done by pre‑interview marks.
- Services of the incumbent will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015,
relevant rules and regulations amended from time to time.
- Application by civil servants must be accompanied by
NOC from parent department; otherwise, candidate will be considered
ineligible.
- A civil servant, if selected, must submit evidence of
accepted resignation from civil service within 90 days after arrival;
failure will lead to termination from service ab initio without notice.
- If closing date falls on an official holiday, the next
working day shall be considered as closing date.
- Applications after closing date shall stand rejected.
- Experience marks will be given only for relevant
subject/field experience.
- Any candidate may be disqualified or excluded from
interview if he/she:
a. Is convicted by a court of law.
b. Is dismissed from public service.
c. Knowingly furnishes false information.
d. Suppresses information leading to disqualification.
e. Attempts to obtain support for candidature by improper means.
f. Submits forged certificates.
g. Tempers with entries in age or academic certificates.
h. Misbehaves in interview. - Original documents must be produced at interview.
- Competent authority may cancel the post as per
requirement of MTI‑HMC.
- No TA/DA allowed for Test/Interview.
