Project

HIRING OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR:

“Survey and Mapping of Wildlife in Malakand & Hazara Wildlife Circles” under the project: “Survey and Mapping of Wildlife in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa”

Purpose

The Wildlife Department is inviting consultancy firms to submit proposals for conducting wildlife surveys and mapping activities in the Malakand and Hazara Wildlife Circles.

Selection Method

  • Quality Based Selection (QBS)
  • Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure
  • Submission through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS)

Eligibility Criteria

Interested consultancy firms must:

  • Be registered with:
    • FBR
    • KPRA/KPPRA
    • Other relevant tax authorities
  • Have Active Taxpayer Status
  • Be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)
  • Be registered on EPADS Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
  • Meet all requirements specified in the RFP document

Required Experience

Relevant experience includes:

  • Wildlife and biodiversity assessments
  • Feasibility studies
  • Forestry and wildlife planning
  • Environmental studies
  • Wildlife census and baseline mapping
  • Red Data Book preparation
  • Species vulnerability assessments
  • GIS mapping of wildlife populations
  • Statistical modeling and inference studies
  • Similar consultancy assignments with documented evidence

Proposal Submission

Firms are required to submit:

  1. Technical Proposal
  2. Financial Proposal

Both through:

  • EPADS online portal
  • Hard-copy submission in sealed envelopes

Important Date

Last date and time for submission:

  • 13 November 2026
  • 12:00 PM (1200 hours)

Opening of Technical Proposals

  • Same day
  • 2:30 PM (1430 hours)
