Terms & Conditions

1. Applications accompanied by two (02) recent passport-size photographs and attested copies of educational qualifications, CNIC, Domicile / PRC, experience certificates and any other relevant certificates must be submitted only through courier to the Office of the Chairperson, Management Board, Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical College Lyari / Sindh Government Lyari General Hospital, Tannery Road, Lyari, Karachi South.
2. Applications along with all requisite documents must reach the above-mentioned office within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
3. Applications submitted by hand or via email, as well as incomplete applications or applications lacking the required supporting documents, shall not be entertained.
4. Candidates must fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria for the post applied for. Documentary evidence of experience, qualifications and certificates must be provided.
5. Candidates must clearly mention the name of the post applied for on the top-right corner of the envelope. They must also provide complete postal address, active mobile phone number, PTCL number (if available), and email address for correspondence.
6. A general age relaxation of five (05) years in the upper age limit shall be admissible according to Government policy.
7. Quotas for women, minorities, persons with disabilities and transgender persons shall be observed according to Government rules and policy.
8. Candidates already employed in Government service must apply through proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
9. Canvassing, directly or indirectly, shall result in disqualification.
10. Candidates who have been dismissed, removed or terminated from service, or whose previous employment record shows misconduct or negligence, may be disqualified.
11. The Institution reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process or withdraw advertised posts without assigning any reason.
12. No TA/DA shall be admissible to candidates appearing for interview.
13. Applicants should ensure that their applications are complete and that all eligibility requirements are fulfilled before submission.
