Required Qualifications

Applicants must have:

  1. Graduate degree (at least Second Division) from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
  2. Certificate in English Shorthand and Typing from:
    • SBTE / STEVTA, or
    • Any institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education.
  3. Typing and shorthand speed:
    • 120 words per minute in English Shorthand
    • 35 words per minute in Typing
  4. MS Office certificate from a recognized institute.

Important Instructions

  • Candidates must have passed the Graduation Category Screening Test conducted by IBA Sukkur Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks and possess the relevant certificate.
  • General upper age relaxation of 5 years is available according to government policy.
  • Reserved quotas will be observed as per Sindh Government rules.
  • Government employees must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for interviews.
  • Applications must be submitted within 15 days of publication of the advertisement.
