National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) invites applications from candidates holding a Balochistan Local/Domicile Certificate for the following positions:

Eligibility

  • Only candidates possessing a Balochistan Local/Domicile Certificate are eligible.
  • Government employees having Balochistan domicile may apply through the proper channel with NOC.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Candidates applying for more than one position must submit separate applications for each post.
  2. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
  3. Candidates must bring original documents at the time of the interview.
  4. No TA/DA will be provided.
  5. Selected candidates will undergo induction/orientation training at the Head Office, Karachi.
  6. After training, candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan according to organizational requirements.
  7. NICL reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.

Best Fit by Education

Executive Officer (BS-16 Equivalent)

✅ For candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) or higher
  • Age up to 45 years
  • Balochistan domicile

Assistant (BS-14 Equivalent)

✅ For candidates with:

  • Intermediate (12 years of education) or higher
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Age up to 45 years
  • Balochistan domicile
