 Have first class Master Degree(16 years) in Social Sciences,MBA,or LLB 
Salary: 200,000/=
Experience: Have 12 years  experience in relevant field
Skill: The candidate must have

• Proven financial management and communication skills
• working ICT skills
• Strong interpersonal skills 
• Sound knowledge of general accounting principles, public sector financial rules and procedures.
