EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR DEVELOPMENT & BUILDING CONTROL RUDA invites applications for the post of Executive Director Development & Building Control, for assuming a leadership role relating to the appointment.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelors/Masters with minimum 15 years of relevant experience

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Proficient knowledge & skill of following is required in similar role:

Latest industry trends and regulations.

Enforcement of Authority's by-laws and approved policies

Compliances of Rules on the subject through effective liaison with Government Agencies

Decision making, problem solving & negotiation skills

Relationship Management and Leadership

Enforcement of land use controls and monitoring activities

Construction standards outlined by the Authority

Measures to control unauthorized developments and encroachments

Effective collaboration with stakeholders to address departmental issues

REMUNERATION

Market based salary and benefits as per Authority's Compensation & Benefits policy

NUMBER OF POSITION-01

NATURE OF EMPLOYMENT

The selected candidate shall be appointed for a term of three (03) Years contract (extendable).
