Qualification:
i. M.Phil degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Political Science,
International Relations, Sociology, Mass Communication or equivalent from a
HEC-recognized university.
ii. Ph.D degree will be preferred.
iii. Preference shall be given to those candidates who have adequate research
publications.
Experience:
i. 15 years’ post qualification experience in the relevant field.

2. Senior Research Associate
(Research & Development Centre) (BS-18)
Qualification:
Master’s degree (16 years of education), preferably M.Phil in Economics,

Sociology, Mass Communication or equivalent from a HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
5 years post qualification experience in relevant field. Preference shall be
given to those candidates who have adequate research publications.

collection techniques.
b. Proficiency in statistical analysis, data visualization and conclusions.
c. Ability to manage/handle & prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

3. Research Associate (Data Analyst)
(BS-17)
Qualification:
16 years of education preferably M.Phil. in Data Science, Computer Science,
Information Technology (IT) Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent
degree from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Experience:
Weightage will be given to the experience in data analysis, research or a
similar role, with a focus on large datasets, statistical analysis or public
sector data.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and data
interpretation.
Experience in data analysis software and tools such as MS Excel, SPSS, R,
Python or similar tools.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to create
reports and presentations.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to
present complex data in an understandable format.

Qualification:

Weightage will be given to the experience in content and report writing. This
experience should preferably be in a government, semi-government or a reputable
private organization.
Skills and Competencies:
Good communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Proficiency in Creative Writing.

DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE POST OF ANDROID DEVELOPER:
a. Reviewing operating systems and
software frequently and making any adjustment necessary to keep them running
well.
b. Hands on experience with Android Geo-location services.
c. Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency and memory management.
d. Manage the software life cycle from the level of design to implementation,
testing.
e. Writing code and implementing computer programs on multiple mobiles
application in the system.
f. Building and using computer-assisted software engineering tools to automate
some coding.
g. Using code libraries to simplify the writing of code.

a. Relaxation in age limit will be given as per Initial Appointment to Civil
Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993 except the post mentioned at
Sl. No. 06.
