CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ideation and execution of cohorts and development initiatives under the I-Thrive program
  • Networking with mentors, professionals, and stakeholders for the I-Thrive program
  • Manage all I-Thrive incubation and affiliated programs, including content uploads and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate with marketing and communications team for promotional activities, awareness training, and engagement during pre-incubation and incubation
  • Connect with ecosystem enablers through the I-Thrive network of community and digital platforms
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and engage startups
  • Conduct research-driven activities to support the I-Thrive program

Experience Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Project Management, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working with startups, incubators, accelerators, innovation hubs, or similar organizations
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
