SENIOR DIRECTOR – BUSINESS PROCESS ADMINISTRATION & REENGINEERING

Executives Network International (ENI) is hiring an experienced professional to lead business process transformation in the energy planning and operations sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee organization-wide Business Process Administration & Reengineering strategy
  • Present insights, recommendations, and strategic roadmaps to senior management
  • Define, implement, and maintain standardized business processes and operations
  • Lead change management initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT teams for process automation and digital transformation
  • Lead business analysis efforts for key platforms
  • Identify business process risks and implement mitigation strategies

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA, MIT, MSc, or BS degree (16 years of HEC equivalent education) in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or Project Management
  • Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in Public/Private or International Organization
  • Age not to exceed 57 years at the time of advertisement closing

  • Position is on an extendable three-year contract
