Applications are invited for the
post of HOSPITAL DIRECTOR
Qualifications / Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Hospital or Health Services
Management, Business Management, Public Health, or Public Administration,
or any equivalent management qualification from a recognized institution.
- A Medical Degree in addition to a Master’s degree in
management would be an advantage.
- A minimum of seven years of experience at
management-level positions is preferred.
Responsibilities:
The Hospital Director is responsible
for all non-clinical functions of the hospital, including:
- Finance
- Budgeting
- Ancillary services
- Building maintenance
- Human Resource
- Procurement
The Hospital Director reports to the
Board of Governors.
