Senior Director – Business Process Administration & Reengineering

Executives Network International (ENI) invites applications from experienced professionals for a senior-level position in business process management, particularly within the energy planning and operations sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee organization-wide Business Process Administration & Reengineering strategy.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and strategic roadmaps to senior management.
  • Define, implement, and maintain standardized business processes and operations.
  • Lead change management initiatives with management, IT, and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for process automation and digital transformation.
  • Lead business analysis efforts for key platforms and implement best practices.
  • Identify business process risks, assess impact, and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualification and Experience:

  • MBA, MIT, MSc, or BS degree (16 years of HEC equivalent education) in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or Project Management.
  • Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in Public/Private or International Organization.
  • Age not to exceed 57 years at the time of advertisement closing.
