A leading mineral sector organization wholly owned by the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan, invites applications for the following position based in Quetta on a three-year contract (extendable upon satisfactory performance):

Position Title: Company Secretary
SML Grade: EG-IX
No. of Post: 01

Qualification:

  • Member of a recognized body of professional accountants; OR
  • Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries; OR
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce; OR
  • Law graduate from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience.
  • At least 5 years as a Company Secretary, preferably in public sector organizations/SOEs.

Maximum Age: 57 years

Additional Information:

  • Only shortlisted candidates meeting all criteria will be interviewed.
  • Government servants may apply through proper channel with NOC.
  • No TA/DA admissible for interviews.
