Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science / MIS (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years proven experience as CIO / CITO / IT Director
  • Expertise in SAP, ERP transformation, IT strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud systems, and team leadership
  • Manufacturing sector experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead SAP (S/4HANA preferred) implementation & integration
  • Drive Industry 4.0 and automation initiatives
  • Strengthen cybersecurity, governance, and data protection
  • Oversee infrastructure, networks, cloud & enterprise systems
  • Manage IT budgets, vendors & technology investments
  • Build and mentor a high-performing IT team
