We are seeking a dynamic and visionary academic leader to lead the Indus College as a center of excellence in Public Health education, research, and policy impact. The role focuses on advancing population health outcomes, strengthening health systems, and driving innovation in public health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in the design, development, and continuous improvement of academic programs in Public Health and Family Medicine for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
  • Contribute to national health policy, systems strengthening, and public health reform initiatives.
  • Promote a strong research culture in the field of public health, epidemiology, and health systems.
  • Build international collaborations and partnerships in public health education and research.
  • Provide leadership for the overall administration of the College, including faculty recruitment, performance management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with governing bodies and academic institutions.
  • Ensure that all academic and clinical programs meet the standards set by relevant regulatory authorities and accreditation bodies.

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBBS and PhD in Public Health / Epidemiology / Health Services Management (or related field)
  • 12–15 years total experience in Public Health
  • 5–10 years in senior academic/leadership role
