Educational Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Finance) from an HEC recognized institution. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CFA preferred. Experience: Minimum 05 years post‑qualification in finance/accounting/auditing, preferably in public sector, healthcare, or autonomous body. At least 03 years in senior management role (CFO, Head of Finance, etc.). Tenure: 4 years, renewable subject to performance.

Medical Director

Educational Qualifications: F.C.P.S (Cardiology/Cardiac Surgery), F.R.C.S, Royal College Fellowship (UK), Diplomate of American Board, or equivalent postgraduate qualification recognized by PMDC/PMC. Experience: Minimum 10 years post‑fellowship in healthcare institution; at least 5 years in clinical leadership role. 10 research publications in HEC/PMDC approved or internationally indexed journals. Tenure: 4 years, renewable subject to performance.

Nursing Director

Educational Qualifications: Minimum BSc Nursing (recognized by Pakistan Nursing Council); Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare Management (MSc Nursing, MPH, MBA Health Management, Clinical Administration). Experience: Minimum 15 years post‑qualification in healthcare institution; at least 5 years in nursing leadership role (Director of Nursing, Chief Nurse, etc.). Tenure: 4 years, renewable subject to performance.

40–65 years

APPLICATION GUIDELINES

  1. Application Submission
    • Forms available from HR Department NSIC or download from: https://nhsrc.punjab.gov.pk/ (nhsrc.punjab.gov.pk in Bing) (bing.com in Bing)
    • Submit filled form with attested documents (including equivalence certificate if applicable) to HR Department NSIC, Sargodha by 19‑06‑2026 (Friday) till 2:00 PM.
    • Applications via post/TCS must also reach before deadline.
    • Incomplete documentation may lead to disqualification.
  2. Eligibility Criteria
    • Only Punjab domicile holders eligible.
    • Government servants must apply through proper channel.
    • Candidates with equivalent qualifications must provide HEC/PMDC/PMC equivalence certificate.
  3. Age Relaxation Policy
    • General relaxation admissible as per Punjab Government policy.
  4. Interview Process
    • Only shortlisted candidates will be called.
    • No TA/DA admissible.
  5. Terms & Conditions
    • Appointments on contract basis.
    • Original documents required at interview.
    • Private practice outside institute not allowed.
    • Authority reserves right to cancel/increase/decrease posts.
