Job Summary

Deputy General Manager / Assistant Company Secretary (Job Code 8566‑01)

CA / ACMA with at least 9 years post‑membership experience including 3 years relevant experience of Company/Board Secretariat of a listed SOE/large listed company. OR MBA with at least 11 years of experience including 5 years relevant experience of Company/Board Secretariat of a listed SOE/large listed company. Must have hands‑on experience and full command of: State‑Owned Enterprises Act 2023 & SOEs Policy, Companies Act 2017, Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations 2019, PSX Rulebook, Securities Act 2015, CDC Regulations, Correspondence Manual for Listed Companies by PSX, and other applicable laws.

Ensures Board procedures are followed and compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and best practices. Assists Company Secretary in implementing board decisions through effective recording, communication, follow‑up, and reporting. Responsible for compliance with corporate laws, statutory requirements, and publication/circulation of quarterly and annual accounts and reports.

Deputy Chief Manager – Campaigns (Job Code 8567‑01)

MBA preferably in Marketing with at least 6 years of experience.

Leads creation of the company’s positive image through BTL, ATL, TTL advertising, publications, events, sponsorships, and other marketing communication activities.

Deputy Manager – Campaigns (Job Code 8568‑01)

MBA preferably in Marketing with at least 2 years of experience.

Creates company’s positive image through BTL, ATL, TTL advertising, publications, events, sponsorships, and other marketing communication activities.
